Access to and use of this site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

All rights, including copyright, in the content of this SOFHTe certification web site are owned or controlled by The Society of Food Hygiene & Technology.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first register to participate in The SOFHTe certification scheme. SOFHT reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

SOFHT reserve the right to immediately suspend a company's certification should any irregularities come to light (e.g. fabrication of documentation). In addition if a company is subject to a product recall or enforcement action then it is the responsibility of the company to inform SOFHT immediately. Following a physical audit if the auditor determines that there are critical issues that may negatively impact food safety or security then it is highly likely that SOFHT will suspend certification immediately

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing within the SOFHTe certification site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
