The scheme recognises that support may be needed by applicants during the process. This is provided in various ways:

  • Information symbol on the electronic questionnaire links to further information on the topic and the expectations of the scheme
  • Clients can request consultancy support where they feel the need for external help. SOFHT has negotiated discounts with many leading industry bodies (listed on our main website)
  • As part of your SOFHT membership you are entitled to 30 minutes free consultancy every month.
